Pick-up Instruction
We are a commercial kitchen inside San Jose's Downtown Food Hall. Unlike traditional retail store, we share a storefront with other kitchens.
The main entrance is at 82 E. Santa Clara St., San Jose, CA 95113, while the pick-up door is around the corner near 17 S. 3rd Street.
Upon arrival, please notify us by phone, text, or WeChat at 408-210-3526.
You can wait either inside the food hall or in the pickup area (access on 3rd st).
We will bring your order out to you.
Weekly Fridady Delivery
We offer local delivery every Friday to circled areas (free for orders over $80 or costs $10). Deliveries occur between 2pm and 6pm, with a one-hour window texted to you on the delivery day. Once you enter your zip code in your cart, you’ll see if this weekly delivery option is available to you. If your address is outside our service area, you might not see the options. If you’re near the boundary or unsure if we deliver to your area, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

On-Request Third-Party Delivery
If our routine delivery doesn't work for you, we can arrange a DoorDash Delivery if you're within 10 miles of our kitchen (based on DoorDash accessibility). The cost is $8.99 plus driver tips (all paid to DoorDash). Please check with customer service to confirm your address is eligible. For longer distances, you can use Uber Store Pick-up, and we’ll hand the cake to your driver. We pack your cake carefully but cannot be held responsible for any damage during the third-party delivery.
